Chakra Exploration Sessions

If you’re curious about energy work, these Chakra Exploration Sessions are an excellent place to begin your experience! Combining Reiki, aromatherapy, Polarity and reflexology these sessions are part learning opportunity and part embodiment experience.

At each session, you’ll receive information to take home with you about the chakra we are focusing on, and the essential oils used for the session. We will discuss the chakra’s areas of influence and if any of these areas call for shift and change in your life, we can explore the areas you choose in a non-judgmental conversation.

After talking about a chakra’s specific energy and associations, you’ll relax on a heated massage table, and experience the energy directly through your senses. Each bodywork session combines the use of Reiki, essential oils, acupuncture points, Polarity, reflexology and crystals selected specifically for each chakra.

The sessions are designed to build upon each other, and the full course of 8 sessions is highly recommended.
