Elemental Massage: Whether your session is focused on a therapeutic need or wellness and relaxation, your massage will be fine tuned to fit your needs at each and every session. I combine aspects of Polarity Therapy with a variety of massage techniques to deliver a unique massage experience.

Polarity Therapy: Combining Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine influences with theories of structural balance and a human energy system, Polarity Therapy is a holistic health system primarily focused on the movement and shifting of human energy by combining bodywork sessions with non-judgmental conversation, stretching and nutritional support. Polarity Therapy is used to address physical pain and dysfunction, mental and emotional challenges and the pursuit of spiritual alignment. Polarity Therapy is provided with the client clothed and involves pressure to specific points on the body, gentle movements of the joints and energy work to provide relaxation, balance and increased well being. Medical Massage: This is an active therapeutic session with focus on ONE AREA of injury or disfunction and its connections throughout the body. Sessions frequently include use of heat, cupping, neuromuscular techniques, myofascial release and kinesiology taping.

Reiki: Reiki is a natural and safe relaxation and healing technique with its roots in Japan. A Reiki session facilitates the flow of ki, your animating life energy, benefiting your wellbeing. The Reiki practitioner uses a series of hand positions either on or above the client’s body and acts as a conduit through which Reiki flows into your systems.  Whether you are experiencing physical, emotional or spiritual concerns, Reiki can provide an opportunity for a needed shift.

I understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone's life. In order to be effective and fair for all clients, I ask that you honor the following policies:

If you need to reschedule:

If you need to reschedule please notify me as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

If you arrive late:

Your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will determine together if there is enough time remaining to begin a treatment.

No call no show for a session incurs a fee of half the session rate which must be paid prior to scheduling future sessions
